    We've got a real treat in store this Sunday with a visit from Fringe artist Ivan Aristeguieta - Matador! Join Ivan in the Farmers' Market kitchen for a fun and possibly life-changing cooking demonstration at 11am on 4 March.

    There'll be much soul-searching, fighting of inner demons and lots of laughs! Ever since Ivan's grandfather took him to bullfights as a child, he has wanted to be a Matador - a real man - romantic, brave and dressed in satin pink. But killing animals is not cool, and now that he is dating a vegan, he is struggling to even eat meat. Can he still love his bull-killing grandpa or his meat-hating girlfriend? Has he lived in Australia so long that he is no longer South American?
