Certified organic farm specialising in garlic and onions.

Located near Meadows in the Adelaide Hills, Richard and Georgina grow certified organic braised and smoked garlic and a large variety of vegetables.

Richard started growing garlic when he couldn’t find any Australian produce in local stores. Growing up on a farm at nearby Mylor, he had experience growing fruit and vegetables and also raising grain crops.

He started in a small paddock near the house with a patch of about 50 metres by 60 meters, increasing it a little each year.

Today he grows 15 varieties of NASAA certified organic garlic as well as rare and unusual vegetables and herbs.

Vegetables include: pumpkins, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, cabbages, kale, zucchinis, lettuces, onions, silver beets, leeks, turnips. Seasonal greens are also available.

Find Richard and Bull Creek Organic Garlic outside the Adelaide Farmers’ Market every Sunday.
