Native Australian Ice Cream Flavours

Sandra and Ian Pickett started Bush Tucker Ice Cream to showcase the variety and abundance of Australian native fruit flavours. The Pickett’s use 100% South Australian milk and cream and they also source their fruit locally wherever possible.

Flavours include: Native Mint and Cocoa, Muntries, Quandong, Strawberry Gum, Wattle seed, Desert Lime, Kakadu Plum, Lemon Myrtle, Lilly Pilly, Wild Ginger, Mallee Honey, Macadamia, Illawarra Plum, Davidson Plum Sorbet and also Sunrise Lime Sorbet. Several vegan options are available.

In cooler months take home a jar of Australian Bush Spice Chai concentrate.
