Small batch artisanal jams and preserves

Amanda and Brett Penno owners of Fiaje, create a range of sweet and savoury jams, chutneys and relishes in their Adelaide kitchen. Their signature products include cumquat jam, gin and tonic marmalade, Pimmalade (Pimm’s flavoured marmalade) onion jam, pear and ginger jam, quince jelly and spicy tomato chutney as well as classics like raspberry jam, strawberry jam and mulberry jelly.

When the Pennos gave their homemade jams to friends as gifts, the recipients begged to be able to buy it.  That was how they started their journey with FIAJE.

Made in small batches, these unique preserves respect the original fruit flavours while enhancing them with subtle touches of sweetness, spices and herbs. Amanda and Brett tweak their recipes to suit whichever fruits and vegetables are in season.

Amanda and Brett source most of their fresh ingredients from their own garden or those of family and friends. Picking fresh from the garden gives minimal time between picking and preserving, capturing the freshness. The name FIAJE stands for: Fruit In A Jar Experience.
