Healthy, tasty, vegetarian wholefood

Chef Tanya Aigus established ‘Let Them Eat’ in 2008.  Tanya’s seasonal, local menu includes a wide variety of rustic, vegetarian whole foods, from exotic tarts, vegetable parcels and aranchini balls to her famous broccoli and haloumi fritters.

Drawing on Tanya’s 25 years of experience as a qualified chef in fine dining restaurants, Let Them Eat are passionate about using quality, locally sourced produce to create vegetarian delicacies that are not only healthy, but also strictly focused on eco food mileage. All their tasty products are preservative free and minimally packaged using recyclable and compostable packaging.

Tanya, her partner Dani, and their veggie loving team aim to make customers feel connected to their food and the people making it. They have a strong focus on supporting local farmers such as those at The Adelaide Farmers’ Market. The result is simple; good quality, hearty and tasteful produce, but with the ease and convenience of fast food. Because this is the kind of comfort food that you dream of making at home.

Tanya aims to send every customer away with happy tastebuds, a satisfied belly and a sense of well-being.  Find out for yourself why Let Them Eat has become such a favourite for Adelaide’s vegetarians, vegans and omnivores alike.
