Chef David Matthew’s cooking philosophy is simple; flavoursome food using the freshest local produce. At The Semaphore Pantry David makes ready-to-eat meals as well as soups, stocks and sauces. They add restaurant quality to your home cooking.

David and his wife Andrea opened The Semaphore Pantry to offer something different to the take away market. Combining David’s passion for cooking with genuine support for quality local produce, they specialise in restaurant quality meals for you to take home, reheat and eat. Having cooked for royalty and celebrities including Mick Jagger and Jack Nicholson in his 25 year career as a chef, David also teaches at Regency TAFE.

The Semaphore Pantry’s soups, sauces and ready-to-eat meals suit those who are time poor but still want healthy, tasty food.
