Traditional Slavic honey cake

Lato cakery makes traditional Slavic honey cake using a family recipe.

Indulge in a five layer honey cake, alternating pure South Australian honey with layers of delicious caramel cream, topped with Australian walnuts. The perfect treat for morning tea, these cakes are handmade in Adelaide.  Maria bakes everything from scratch in her council approved home kitchen using local free-range eggs. The cakes are preservative and artificial colour free. Lato cakes contain no animal fat or gelatin. Available individually or in packs of four.
