Teresa, her husband Andrew and their two children specialise in producing small batch crafted preserves using “slow food” manufacture techniques. 

Gourmet Entertainer’s entire range is gluten free with only natural colours and preservatives used. Teresa’s recipes take advantage of natural preserving agents such as fresh squeezed lemon juice, locally produced white vinegar, cold pressed local olive oil, sugar, salt, spices.

With an emphasis on environmental sustainability Teresa runs a jar recycling program for local customers. She also makes raw unfiltered vinegar from her veggie scraps.
